RNLI FUNDRAISING

The RNLI Fundraising Committtee (Rosslare Harbour Branch) will hold their AGM on Monday 31st January in Hotel Rosslare at 7.00pm.

Calling all members and inviting anyone who would be interested in joining this committee to come along on the night, as we are always glad of new members. Bernie Mullen Secretary RNLI Fundraising Committee (Rosslare Harbour Branch).

ROSSLARE RANGERS A.F.C

Rosslare Rangers A.F.C will hold a FAI Kick Start 1 Course at their Club grounds on Sat 5th Feb - Cost €45. Registration starts at 9:15 sharp. Please contact William Doyle (FAI) on 086 0437696 to book your place or for more information.

TOPS FUNDRAISING

Kilrane Rosslare Harbour Tops are holding a 80s Night on 29th January at 8.30pm in Hotel Rosslare, with prizes for the best dressed male and female, best dance routine and best hair do. There will be a raffle and a fun auction also. Entry is €5.

CAMOGIE CLUB

We would like to wish all our club members & their families a very happy new year. Thanks to you for all your support & efforts for the Club in 2010. 2011 is promising to be a longer, better & brighter season for all involved.

We are at present trying to get numbers for teams so if your daughter(s)wish to play or return to playing Camogie please contact Corinna Sheil on 086-8681925 as soon as possible as closing date for registering teams with the County Board is on 31st January. New Members welcome from Junior Infants upwards.

There will be a Meet & Greet Morning on Sunday 23rd January at 11.30am along with Tea/Coffee & Refreshments, to register your child and/or have a chance just to find out what the Club is all about. Fun,Fun,Fun.... Looking forward to a great Season ahead.

We would like to thank all of those who took part in the Choir at Christmas this year. Christmas is a time for family & community, and your commitment to turn up for practice in all weathers was greatly appreciated, it showed great community spirit. We look forward to Christmas next year & to those who could not help us out this year you were sadly missed, we hope to see you with us again next year.

We would like to thank the Community Centre for the use of its facilities for our practicing, it kept our vocal chords nice & warm.

The Choir is thinking of continuing on through the year so if you would like to take part in anyway, singing or playing an instrument, it is promised to be very rewarding and enjoyable. Contact Diane on 087-2999535 for further details. Looking forward to the year ahead.

To our members who are in hospital, or ill at home we send our best wishes.

The recently postponed Tess Coady's fine compilation of Movies and Videos from yester years will now be shown on February 20th at 3pm in the R.S.C. All are welcome.

Annual Subscriptions are now due. They are ¤15.

We are looking for new members all the time, if you have a neighbour who would like to join encourage them to attend one or other of the above items with you.
