The 44th Caroreigh Field Day will take place in Paddy O'Gormans field on Sunday 29th July at 1.30pm. Probably one of the longest running field days, it has never failed to draw huge crowds over the years.

The Fancy Dress parade, floats, walkers and vintage, led by the Campile Pipe Band has been most popular from the very first field day back in 1968. It's a day when young and not so young, meet, catch up on the latest events, have a laugh and at the same time help support parochial funds.

All the usual stalls will be there, plus childrens races, baby show, dog show, BBQ, teas, raffles and all the fun of the fair. Fr. David and his hard working committee will ensure that all visitors will have an enjoyable day.

Ladies, if you intend travelling to the Irish Night in Bree on Tuesday 24th July, please inform guild Secretary, Breda Whelan. Admission is €10 inc. Tea and apparently its a night not to be missed. These events are held in Bree hall every Tuesday for July and August.
