Aldi's staff at the Wexford Retail Park recently handed over a cheque for €500 to Pieta House in recognition of its vital work and contribution within the local community and to help support its essential services.

ALDI chose Pieta House as the charity to benefit from its 2017 Community Grants programme. The €500 cheque from the Wexford store staff was presented to Sinead Kehoe of Pieta House.

Finbar McCarthy, Group Buying Director, Aldi Ireland, said the work and services provided by Pieta House are crucial to the local Wexford community. 'We are delighted our Wexford Retail Park store employees have chosen to support the organisation. Giving back to the local communities our stores serve is something we are passionate about and we are proud to support the vital work done by charities and not-for-profit organisations across County Wexford,' he said.
