Attempted break-in at WSPCA

By David tucker

THIEVES failed to break into the WSPCA and the veterinary clinic on the Distillery Road in Wexford town during the early hours of last Wednesay. Gardai said an alarm was activated at 2.30 a.m. and while there were signs of an attempted break in, the thieves had fled.

Overnight on last Tuesday, Rosaleen Flowers in The Faythe was broken into, but it has not yet been established what was taken. And between midday and 3 p.m. last Friday, a house in Ballycullane, Drinagh, was broken into by thieves who entered the house through a window. It's not known what was stolen at this stage.

At 1.15 a.m., the same day, thieves were disturbed during an attempted break in at Trendz hairdressers on the Clonard Road.
