Businesses in spotlight at White's tradeshow
WEXFORD BUSINESSES will showcase their work during a tradeshow in Whites Hotel on Wednesday, October 3.
The one-day event taking place from 12 noon to 6 p.m, has been organised by Wexford Chamber and is sponsored by Innovate VoiceGrid.
Expo will give business people a chance to identify new opportunities and to network and learn about new products and services.
It is the largest business networking event in the south east with over 80 exhibitors.
Keynote addresses will be delivered by Irish Times advertising director Eamonn Fitzpatrick; Irish Times journalist Conor Pope; Fred Karlsson of DoneDeal; Jim Hughes, founder of Innovate VoiceGrid , and David Walsh of Eircom.
There will be a live radio broadcast, demonstrations, special offers and free giveaways. This is the third year that the event has been held. ' The Expo will allow businesses across the county to showcase and promote their products and services in a very cost effective way,' said Chamber CEO Madeleine Quirke. 'In most industries, it takes a certain number of calls to close a sale and a good engagement at a trade show can be the equivalent of the first two or three of these calls,' she said. 'Depending on your area of business, you may even be able to close a sale right there on the Expo floor.'
