Chamber on move to Rosslare Road

WEXFORD CHAMBER OF INDUSTRY and Commerce has moved to a new home on the Rosslare Road.

The Chamber has re-located from the Ballast Office on Crescent Quay to a modern office space in Wexford Enterprise Centre in Kerlogue.

The Ballast Office which is in need for refurbishment, was the Chamber's headquarters for over 10 years.

The move to a more modern office space is a welcome one, according to the Chamber Chief Executive Madeleine Quirkde.

'We are very pleased to relocate to the Enterprise Centre which is a thriving hub of business and innovation. We have access to state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, high speed broadband and telecommunications services through the Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) and an excellent cafe for our clients and staff.'

Wexford Enterprise Centre run by CEO Brendan Ennis has helped in the creation of 750 jobs in County Wexford over the past 20 years.

It was described by Enterprise Ireland as 'one of the largest and most successful flagship centres if its kind in Ireland.'

The telephone number for Wexford Chamber of Industry and Commerce is the same - 9122226 and the organisation can also be contacted on www.wexfordchamber.ie
