By Maria Pepper

Dr. Karen Devine, a lecturer in International Relations and European Union politics at Dublin City University is returning to Wexford Library in March to deliver a talk on austerity and bail-outs.

The Government of Ireland, Chevening and Fulbright Scholar gave a memorable talk in the library last year on the topic of the EU and Ireland and for many in attendance, it was their Wexford lecture of the year.

Dr. Devine is a regular contributor to the media in Ireland and is currently researching a book on the impact of patriotism on public attiitudes to foreign policy in the USA and Ireland.
