Drama group staging Hugh Leonard play
WEXFORD Drama Group is staging a four-night run of the Hugh Leonard play Love In The Title at Wexford Arts Centre in early May.
The play will feature Teresa Boyle, Emma Moynihan and Lauren Corish-wallace in the roles of three strong women â?“ artist Katie and youthful versions of her mother Triona and grandmother Cat.
Katie arrives in the fields of Corcamore to paint a watercolour of the legendary stone of Clough-aRegan. She exists in the present but Triona and Cat are in their own time.
Their conversation reveals their family history and teaches them things about each other. Each woman has her own view on how best life should be lived.
The play will be presented at the Arts Centre on May 2, 3, 4 and 5 at 8.30 p.m. nightly.
Tickets are available from the Arts Centre.
