Elaine murder accused to face trial next year
The man accused of killing childcare worker Elaine O'Hara will face trial next year.
Graham Dwyer (41) of Kerrymount Close, Foxrock, is charged with murdering Ms O'Hara (36) in County Dublin on August 22, 2012.
The body of Ms O'Hara, whose father Frank is from Wexford, was found in the Dublin mountains in September 2013. She had been missing for over a year.
Mr. Justice Paul Carney yesterday set the trial date for April 13, 2015.
The accused has been on remand in Cloverhill Prison since being charged with murder last October.
