Final Music for Wexford lunchtime concert of the series will be a classic

The final concert in Music for Wexford's lunchtime series will take place on Wednesday, July 27, in St Iberius Church, Wexford at 1.05 p.m.

Yseult Cooper Stockdale, cello and Jimmy Goeijenbier, piano, will play works by Debussy, Shostakovich, Bach/Busoni and Schumann.

Yseult Cooper Stockdale has just returned from an Erasmus year studying in Leipzig. She will be graduating this autumn with an MA in Music Performance from the CIT Cork School of Music, where her teacher is Christopher Marwood. She completed her BA in Performance at the RIAM in 2014 with First-Class Honours and enjoys a diverse and burgeoning career as a soloist, chamber musician and orchestral player. Jimmy Goeijenbier was born in the Netherlands and had his first piano lessons in Ireland at the age of five.

He has been a pupil of the DIT Conservatory of Music and Drama since September 2010 where he studied with Roy Holmes and Dr Mary Lennon. He is currently completing his final year on the Music Performance Degree Course. He will further his studies in September at the University of Washington on the Masters in Piano Performance degree programme.
