'Guilty' to eight charges

A BRIDGETOWN man who pleaded guilty to eight separate charges when he came before Judge Barry Hickson at Wexford Circuit Criminal Court has had sentence adjourned.

Aaron Fenlon, aged 23, of Bridgetown South, Bridgetown, pleaded guilty to criminal damage at The Grange, Lannagh, Kilmore, to a rear patio window and damage to plumbing belonging to Sean Brady between August 25-26, 2011. He also pleaded guilty to two charges of criminal damage to property at 21 The Grange, Kilmore, and to to five charges of theft at 23 and 24 The Grange, Kilmore. Defence Counsel, Ms Sinead Gleeson, B.L., applied for an adjournment to next sessions to allow for the preparation of a Probation and Welfare report.

Judge Hickson adjourned sentencing to November 19.
