Had heroin

A YOUNG man who pleaded guilty to the possession of heroin, had his case adjourned by Judge Donnchadh O Buachalla at Wexford District Court.

William Connors, Rosemount, Drinagh admitted having approximately €50 worth of heroin for his own use at 1, Corry's Villas on May 9 2010.

Caitriona Walsh, solicitor said the 25-years old defendant had previous convictions for traffic offences but none for drugs.

Judge O Buachalla adjourned the case to November 21 and told the defendant: 'It is up to you to stay out of all trouble.'
