Information night for the Trinity Wharf plan
Wexford County Council will be holding a public information night relating to its plans for the development of Trinity Wharf tomorrow evening, Wednesday, September 5.
The event will be held in the Pike Room, in the Talbot Hotel, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. Members of the local authority and the design team involved with the project will be in attendance to answer questions from members of the public about the plans for the site.
Drawings and information relating to the draft masterplan will also be on public display in County Hall from Thursday, September 6, until Friday, September 14.

The proposed development will include offices, a hotel, multi-storey car park, marina, housing units, event spaces and a cultural centre. It will be carried out over a 10-acre site overlooking the harbour.
The local authority says Trinity Wharf is an integral part its overall plan to long-term regeneration of the town by creating a new urban quarter. Site development work will be carried out by Wexford County Council while offices and commercial buildings will be constructed through public-private partnership.
Following the public consultation period the masterplan will be finalised and an application for consent will be submitted for approval to An Bord Pleanala.
