Man pleads guilty in assault case
A TAGHMON man has pleaded guilty to two offences when he came before Judge Thomas Teehan at Wexford Circuit Criminal Court.
27-year-old Philip Sinnott, of 2 Main Street, Taghmon, Co. Wexford, pleaded guilty to threatening and unlawful violence at Kilmore Quay, Co. Wexford, on June 21, 2006.
He further pleaded guilty to assaulting Peter Dower, causing him harm, on same occasion.
Following application from Defence Counsil sentencing in the case was adjourned.
