Man told to stay out of Tesco
A WEXFORD town man charged with public order offences at Tesco has been told to stay out of the shop.
Rory Stafford (44) of 4 High Street is charged with being drunk in public, acting in a threatening, abusive or insulting manner, and failing to comply with the directions of gardaí at Tesco on Distillery Road on September 18 last.
He was granted bail on his own bond of €300 to appear before the court again on November 7, but the bail came with three conditions.
Stafford must sign stay out of Tesco; he must sign on at Wexford Garda Station in a sober state every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, and he must keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
