Pair facing 'travel pass' charges
RICHARD BURNETT and Philomena Walsh, both of 1 Abbey Court, George's Street in Wexford, appeared in the District Court last week to meet allegations of 'using a false instrument'.
Garda Inspector Pat Cody alleged that the pair were found on a bus with someone else's free travel pass on March 3 last year. The court was told that neither Burnett nor Ms. Walsh was working. The case was adjourned to July 18 to allow them consider how they wished to plead.
