There was great celebration at Belford House to mark the 20th year since the opening of the facility.

The house, which was the first of Ard Aoibhinn's residential units, provides a service for eight residents. Situated on Belvedere Road in Wexford town, it was officially opened in 1998.

Since then, the group has continued to expand its services and number of units with their latest house, Windrock House in Murrintown, opening in recent weeks.

The night was attended by service users, their families and friends, and visitors from other local community organisations.

Music was provided by Stephen Murphy and there was food, cake and refreshments for those in attendance. The crowd enjoyed a sing-song and some karaoke.

The staff at Belford House expressed their thanks to all of the families for their support while the residents thanked all who joined them on the night for the festivities.
