Permission sought for new restaurant

A new restaurant and pizza take away could be on the way to South Main Street.

Richard Whitty intends to Wexford County Council for permission for change of use at ground floor from creche to restaurant/pizza take away and change of use at first floor level from creche to residential apartment.

He has also intends to apply for internal alternations at second floor level to existing residential apartment at 93 south Main Street.

The works will include internal alterations, partial demolition of existing two storey structure at rear and construction of a single storey extension at ground floor level to the rear of existing building and all associated site works.

Anyone wishing to make observations and submissions on the application should do so in writing to Wexford County Council within five weeks.
