Plan for 10 houses in Rosslare

By Maria Pepper

Planning permission is being sought from Wexford County Council for the building of 10 houses at Mauritiustown in Rosslare Strand on a site which was previously granted approval more than a decade ago.

The applicant is Barice Developments Ltd with an address at 113 North Main Street, Wexford whose directors are Alice and Alan Kehoe.

The company has applied for planning approval through Raymund Kelly Architects in South Main Street to construct 10 dwellings comprising six single-storey three to four-bedroom houses and four two-storey houses of four bedrooms including three that will front onto the main road.

Permission was previously granted for houses on the site in 2006 with alterations granted by the local authority in 2010.
