Plans to change office space into apartments lodged
Two more apartments may be on the way to Wexford if Wexford County Council grants a planning application.
Arcadia Architects on behalf of Ronan Cuddihy has applied to the local authority for change of use planning permission to transform vacant and unfinished office spaces to two fully serviced two bed apartments located at the south western gable end of Key West, Custom House Quay.
The application also looks for permission for connection to the existing local public mains services and all associated site works at second and third floor levels at Key West.
Submissions on the application must be made within five weeks to Wexford County Council.
