The memory of Wexfordman John (Sean) Rossiter of Kennedy Park who sadly died from Multiple Sclerosis in 2015, was very much alive as a large group of Santas held a fundraiser in aid of the MS Society.

The Santa pub crawl raised more than €2,000 for the Society which provides support and practical help to MS sufferers and their families.

The group included Bobby O' Neill, Tombo Clancy and George Cullen who have organised a Santa fundraiser for various charities in Wexford for many years.

Sean's brothers Joe, Denny and James who have been involved in the event on previous occasions, also took part along with their sister Mary.

Local businesses donated spot prizes which were raffled in all the pubs. Everyone who made a donation received a raffle ticket.
