Sent for trial in higher court

A 22-year-old Bridgetown man has been sent forward on nine charges for trial at the next sitting of Wexford Circuit Criminal Court.

Before Wexford District Court on Monday last was Aaron Fenlon, of 23 St. David's Well, Bridgetown, who was served with the Book of Evidence in respect of charges of criminal damage, burglary, and handling stolen property at addresses in the Kilmore and Bridgetown areas in August and September 2011.

Judge Gerard Haughton sent the defendant forward for trial to the next sitting on Wexford Circuit Court on June 23 on each of the nine charges.

Garda Daly said there was no objection to the same bail conditions.

Mr. King, Defence Solicitor, asked that the curfew already in place be changed from 9 p.m. to 11 p.m., so that the new curfew would be in force from 11 p.m. each night until 9 a.m. the following mornings.

Garda Daly said there was no objection to this either.
