Shock at Seán's sudden death

THE DEATH has sadly taken place of well known Wexford town man, Seán Lacey, formerly of 78 Bishopswater.

Seán, who currently resided at 31 Twin Oaks Clonattin, Gorey died suddenly at his home on Easter Sunday, April 24. He had just celebrated his 54th birthday three weeks ago.

Well known in Wexford town, Seán moved to live in Gorey three years ago. His last job in Wexford was with refrigeration company Norcool.

A father of four, Seán was married to Valerie and is the son of Josie and the late Pat Lacey.

He is survived by his wife Valerie; children, Cyndi, Jodie, Stuart and Loren; mother, Josie; sister Marie; brothers, Tony, Declan and Martin; grandchildren Alannah, Seán Og and Rubi Belle; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

His funeral Mass will take place today, Wednesday, in the Church of the Assumption Bride Street at 10 a.m.

Burial will take place afterwards in St. Ibar's Cemetery, Crosstown.
