Six Wexford properties in online auction
Six Wexford properties will be auctioned off during an online property auction organised by Allsop this month.
This is the second time Allsop has held an online auction and it takes place on May 21 with a total of 65 properties on offer, and a total reserve of €6,552,500.
The majority of the Wexford properties featuring in the auction are located in north Wexford.
A detached three-bedroom house in Saltmills has a starting price of €140,000 and a reserve range of between €140,000 and €160,000. 14 Middleton Valley in Riverchapel, Courtown, is a detached four-bedroom house with a starting price of €110,000 and a reserve range of between €110,000 and €120,000.
A detached four-bed house at Ballnatray Lower, Gorey has a starting price of €135,000 and a reserve range of between €135,000 and €145,000 while another four-bed detached house at 9. Glen Aoibhinn, Courtown has a starting price of €135,000 and a reserve range between €135,000 and €145,000.
13, The Park, Clonattin Village, is a four bed semi detached house with a starting price of €105,000 and a reserve range of between €105,000 and €120,000 while 36 Seaview, Poulshone, Courtown, is a detached three bedroomed house with a starting price of €60,000 and a reserve range of between €60,000 and €70,000.
The first Allsop online auction in March saw a total of 48 out of a total of 65 properties being snapped up. On May 21, bidding will open at 8 a.m. with the first lot closing at 10 a.m. and the rest of the lots following thereafter. All the properties on offer residential, a broad mix a mix of tenanted and vacant possession across the country.
Robert Hoban, Director of Auctions, Allsop said: 'The combination of a stress-free, open bidding environment and an exciting mix of residential properties with full viewings and legal paperwork available in advance, makes for a very consumer-friendly initiative.'
He said that Allsop stand by their pledge not to handle the sale of repossessed family homes, or any properties subject to a legal dispute.
