A WONDERFUL exhibition of photography by Wexford Camera Club and friends was officially opened by at Centre Point Café in Wexford Enterprise Centre, Kerlogue, on Friday night.
The exhibition was opened by Alma Hynes, who spoke of the importance of photography as an art form and paid credit to the exhibiting photographers for the very high standard of the images on display.
The work on show had wonderful variety, from traditional landscapes, to nature, to portraits with a difference, ensuring that there is something of interest for everyone.
'The exhibition location at Centre Point Café is superb, not only because of the space and atmosphere, but the food is alone worth visiting for! And there's ample free parking,' said Michael Kelly of Wexford Camera Club.
'This is a great new art location for Wexford, where local artists are welcome to exhibit their work without commission, so the buying public and the artist benefit,' added Michael.
This exhibition at the café will last until the end of April and all are welcome.
