Toddlers were laughing and babies were smiling at this year's Cuidiú Wexford Summer Party where they enjoyed a variety of activities and some music.

Fun was had by all in attendance with more than 30 children enjoying some face-painting, games and a great sing-song with talented banjo player Carla Corless.

Between the admission cost and some very generous donations from parents, Cuidiú Wexford managed to raise a total of €188 which will go towards the day-to-day running of the organisation.

Cuidiú is a parent-to-parent voluntary support group that provides activities and advice to the families of Wexford.

During the summer time Cuidiú Wexford will host a variety of groups and meetings including: a baby and toddler group on Tuesdays, at 10.30 a.m., in Clonard Community Centre; weekly group outings on Wednesdays; breastfeeding support in Ely House every second Thursday, at 10.30 a.m.

The first visit to the group is free with each following visit only €2 for members and €4 for non-members. For more information visit their Facebook page, Cuidiú Wexford.
