Top class students are praised in CBS Junior Certificate awards

Thirty-one high achievers in CBS were awarded last week in honour of them receiving top marks in the Junior Cert.

A silver medal, known as the Tony Boland award, was given to Cian Foley for scoring the best result overall. This award was established in honour of the late Vice Principal Tony Boland.

The award recipients were Ciaran Bridson, Gary Carroll, David Harte, Ryan Healy, Paul Lohier, Kian Mc Cormack, Jack Berry, Marcin Bryla, Sean Farrell, Gary Hall-Roche, Ryan Hodge, Luke Moloney, Jack Nolan, Niall Reck, Fionn Roche, Carlos Sasaran

Shane Bergin, Eoin Bergin, John Brady, Aaron Breen, Ian Browne, William Cole, James Crean, Cian Dempsey, George Gould, Ruaidhri Griffin, Dan Hendrick, Brendan Smith, Daniel Tsapchuk and Jack Webster.
