Scheduled for Friday, February 26, in the Riverbank Hotel, Wexford, the theme of this year's Wexford Food Summit is 'Growing the Appetite for Wexford Food.'

The event will run from 9 a.m. to noon and will be followed by a complimentary buffet lunch featuring foods from the members of the Wexford Food Family, specially developed by renowned chef Philip Gore.

Speakers so far have been confirmed include Tom Collins, Consumer Insight Specialist, Bord Bia and Kevin Dundon, Dunbrody Country House Hotel.

Presentations will be followed by a panel discussion including speakers, Tom Banville of the Wexford Local Enterprise Office and Neil Murphy of Glanbia.
