It's time for artist Nadia's next show

'In Time', an exhibition of work by Nadia Corridan, will open at the Presentation Centre in Enniscorthy on Saturday, August 24, at 2 p.m. and will continue until October 5.

Nadia is a fine art painter with a BA honours degree from Limerick School of Art and Design.

Her work can be seen in The Civic Theatre in Dublin, The Boathouse Gallery, Kinsale and in private collections around the world.

She is the creator behind Wild Goose Studio's 2018 Collection, which is stocked in over 70 stores nationwide, including the Kilkenny Design Shops and Carraig Donn.

Memory and touch are central themes running through Nadia's work, which is mostly figurative, exploring colour, form, light and compositional lay-out.

The intent of the composition has been carefully considered. Pared-back scenes of unknown figures seem to be frozen in mid-walk, into or out of cropped frames.

Her paintings show a sense of fragmented time, with bare canvas and washed-out tones probing, evoking and conjuring up faded memoirs and gaps of uncertainty.

These gaps allow room for the viewer to fill in new narratives and reflections of their personal memories.
