One of County Wexford's most impressive new singer-songwriters travelled to Gorey last week to take part in the Making Music Acoustic Sessions series and her performance received a fantastic response.

A source in Making Music said everyone was 'completely floored' by her portrayal of her original song, 'Screamin' Out' - which focusses attention on the lack of adequate mental health care and support in Ireland.

It's just one of many top class songs that Grace has written over the last couple of years.

The quality of her writing is something that any songwriter would be proud of, at any age, but the fact she is only 16 years-old makes her ability all the more remarkable.

She recently released a critically acclaimed E.P., 'Routes', which showcased her ability as both a songwriter and lyricist in exemplary fashion.

She is currently touring to promote the E.P. with upcoming dates including: Free Fringe Festival, Leitrim (July 20 to 22); Wexford Arts Centre (July 25 - support to Solid Blind State) and Friday Arts at the Castle Hotel, Dublin (July 27).

Recognised as one of the most exciting new songwriters on the contemporary local scene in Wexford Grace is a musician whose career is definitely on an upward spiral.
