Stage talent supporting footballers

The final of the All Stars Talent Show, a fundraising competition organised by the Wexford Ladies Football committee, will take place in the Ferrycarrig Hotel on April 8 at 8 p.m.

Over the past few weeks, the competition has been ongoing with semi-finals taking place in the Riverside Park Hotel and The Horse and Hound. 20 participants will compete, representing 17 local clubs.

They are: Ciara Cullinane (Clonard/Volunteers); Rachel and Sarah Green (Adamstown); Scoil Rince Aisling (St Brigid's Blackwater); David McDonald (Kilmore); Stacey Green (Clonee); Leona Reville (Bannow/Ballymitty); William Troy (Kilmore); Shannon Scales (Rathgarogue/Cushinstown); Adeline Foxe (Clongeen); Andrew Whelan (Fethard); Anne and Sinead Long (Ballyhogue); Niamh Lyng (Horeswood); Bill and Tadhg Harrington (Davidstown/Courtnacuddy); Niamh Cullen (Adamstown); Niamh Bridges (St Martin's); Grace Murphy and Erin Fikentscher (St Brigid's Blackwater); Adi Roche O'Leary (Bannow/Ballymitty); the Brennan family (St Fintan's); Rihanne Fox (Sarsfields); Ciaran Power (Castletown).

Talents include singing, comedy, Irish dancing and Irish music. The competition is kindly sponsored by Stafford's Bakery.

Tickets are available from any ladies football club committee member and also on the door on the night.
