'Banty' adds Under-21 to workload

New Wexford boss Seamus McEnaney will also take on the responsibility as Wexford Under-21 football manager.

McEnaney has still to decide on a second person to join him at the helm.

Meanwhile, St. Mary's (Rosslare) clubman, and former inter-county defender, David Murphy, has been ratified as his assistant to the Senior football team.

The new Minor football manager is John Nolan (St. James'), the Dubliner who played a key role in guiding the club to its first-ever Senior championship title last year.

Tom Mullally and Shane Carley take over from J.J. Doyle in charge of the Under-21 hurling team, with a third person still to be nominated.

The three-member Intermediate hurling set-up is comprised of Doyle, Larry Murphy and Carley.

Meanwhile, Naomh Eanna clubman, Joe Kelly, has been re-appointed as Children's Officer. Those with a working knowledge of the G.A.A. will be aware that this position is no longer subject to nominations or a vote, with the Chairman entitled to select a person for the role.
