The Super Skills competition sponsored by People Newspapers ran throughout the duration of the weekly Kellogg's Cúl Camps since they began in early July up to last Friday's conclusion, initially under the guidance of Wexford G.A.A's Sports Science Officer Adrian Ryan.

Adrian visited all nine Kellogg's Cúl Camps that took place in the first week, and the mechanism for the competition was put into action.

The Super Skills competition consists of four fun exercises and skills. These include how many roll lifts that can be completed in 30 seconds, both a hurling and football dribbling drill, along with a fun fundamental exercise which is the plank.

Two girls and two boys were selected from each camp and were invited to Innovate Wexford Park for the Super Camp which is taking place this week.

Well done to the talented participants from all four corners of the county as a very successful two months of Kellogg's Cúl Camps draw to a conclusion with this fun event.
