Action at Horetown

Horetown Polocrosse Club members are excited to be hosting their annual tournament on Saturday and Sunday, May 30 and 31.

Teams will travel from Limerick, Tyrella NI, Equus Dublin, Carrickmines Dublin, Wicklow Bay, Kilkenny, Cork and Birr Polocrosse Clubs.

They will compete in grades from Junior to 'A' Grade (not so junior) with all mastering the art of riding a horse while using a racquet with a net, catching, passing and scoring with a sponge-like ball.

These beautiful scenic grounds are spectacular and admired by players from all over the country. Why not come along and enjoy this fast-paced, physical and super competitive sport?

The games will start at 9 a.m. on both days and will run all day on two pitches, with admission being free to all spectators.
