Bree on scoring spree

BREE UNITED continued their impressive form in Division 3 at the weekend, beating All Blacks 6-0 to maintain their six-point lead at the top.

Tombrack lead the chasing pack and on Sunday they came from 2-1 down to edge out Caim United 3-2. Brian Byrne and John Coleman were on target for Tombrack, while 17-year-old substitute Kevin Coleman grabbed the winning goal.

Nigel Higgins got on the scoresheet for Raheen but it was merely a consolation goal as his side lost 3-1 to Courtown.

Elsewhere, Blackwater beat Ballagh 3-0 and North End won 5-1 away to Forth Celtic.
