Moyne Rangers are too strong for St. Joseph's

MOYNE RANGERS proved too strong for St. Joseph's in their Division 2 match on Sunday, coming out on top 3-1 with Evan O'Rourke scoring from the penalty spot and Pa O'Rourke and Mark Kirwan adding a goal apiece.

Kilmore United also chalked up a 3-1 victory, overcoming Stoney Rovers with Aaron Goff, Mark Doyle and Paul Murphy getting their goals and Gary O'Grady replying for Stoney.

Ciaran O'Connor and Ben Brosnan got the goals for Corach Ramblers as they won 2-1 away to Enniscorthy Town, while Crossabeg also chalked up a 2-1 win on their travels, seeing off Gorey Rangers with goals from Barry Coughlan and Conor Keeling.

Johnny Cullen netted a double for Cloughbawn but still ended up on the losing side as Enniscorthy United prevailed 3-2, while David O'Brien got the only goal of the game as Gorey Celtic beat Taghmon 1-0.
